On March 11, 2021, plaintiff Kevin Lowery was stopped in traffic on the I-215. At the same time, defendant was driving behind plaintiff and rear-ended plaintiff's vehicle.
Injuries
Plaintiff suffered injuries to his back and shoulder, and underwent a shoulder arthroscopy surgery and spinal cord stimulator surgery.
