Facts
In 1990 through 1992, Fletcher Robbe stipulated to order for child support in dissolution of marriage to defendant Joyce Robbe Koski. Fletcher Robbe married plaintiff Sandra Robbe and refused to pay child support. In 1997, over $90,000 of arrearage, and defendant's attorney levied on plaintiff's bank account. The plaintiff filed third party claim of exemption in the dissolution action which was denied, and filed a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief, libel, intentional and negligence infliction of emotional distress.

The case was close to settling in mid-1998, but plaintiff refused to include defendant in any written settlement agreement.

The plaintiff claimed emotional distress, loss of reputation, unspecified physical injuries and medical expenses, loss of use of bank account funds and punitive damages.
Other Information
In Dec. 30, 1998, the court granted defendant's two motions for summary judgment and monetary sanctions under C.C.P. º128.7. The plaintiff and her attorney were ordered to pay defendant's attorneys fees and costs. Such order was made joint and several.
