Facts
On June 26, 1994, the plaintiffs, Michael Lind, a 32-year-old self-employed meat cutter, and Kimberly Lind, his wife, were headed eastbound on south east 256th Street approaching the intersection of south east 256th and 132nd Avenue south east in Kent. As they approached the intersection, the light was green and that defendants' vehicle was approaching from the opposite direction. As both vehicles entered the intersection, the defendant Kelly Warnock made an illegal left hand turn in front of the plaintiffs' vehicle, causing the collision. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendants based on negligence.
