The decedent, a 31-year-old construction office manager, was survived by her parents, who brought suit on their own behalf, and on behalf of decedent's 8-year-old son, and decedent's estate arising out of an automobile accident where the defendant executed a left turn at 32nd Street and Indian School Road into the decedent's path, causing the decedent's vehicle to rollover. The plaintiffs brought this wrongful death action against the defendant based on negligence.
