Facts

On April 13, 1997, plaintiff Gina DeHerrera was driving south on Zuni Street. She entered the intersection with
West 29th Street and was struck on the left side by defendant Jeffrey BergmanÆs vehicle.
The investigating police officer testified that the defendant failed a sobriety test at the scene as well as a
Breathalyzer. There were no eyewitnesses for this collision. The case was only tried on the issue of liability.

Other Information

A damages trial is scheduled for July 30, 2001.
