Facts
A truck owned by Pacific Bell Telephone Co. collided with 7-year-old Andrea Colocho as she was crossing the street near her school. As a result, plaintiff sued Pacific Bell Telephone Co., Los Angeles Unified School District, and the City of Los Angeles.
Injuries
The plaintiff suffered close head trauma and personal injuries.
Result
The plaintiff settled with Pacific Bell for $1,500,000. The cases against the Los Angeles Unified School District and the City of Los Angeles are still pending.
