Facts
On March 27, 2006, at approximately 7:40 a.m., while plaintiff Corey was a lawful driver of a motorcycle, Corey was struck by defendant driver as defendant made a left turn in front of Corey. Defendant driver drove a shuttle bus owned by defendant Health Link Transportation Corp.
Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that the defendant was negligent and made an unsafe left turn causing the collision.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant disputed liability and the nature and extent of the damages.

Injuries
Corey suffered a basilar skull fracture, fractures of the mandible, orbital wall, left nasal bone, anterior and lateral walls of the left maxilla, and right clavicle and a labrum tear.
Result
