Defendant refused to pay State Fund for premiums owing in the amunt of $81,401. State Fund assigned this matter to American Recovery Service Incorporated (ARSI) for the collection of insurance premiums. ARSI on behalf of State Fund, initiated suit against defendant for said premiums.
