Larry Bonds and 22 other residents from Dos Palos filed numerous claims against Nicoletti Oil Inc. alleging groundwater contamination from a gasoline and diesel leak from the company.

Damages

Plaintiffs sought personal injury and property damages.

Result

The parties entered into a settlement. Each household was to receive a total of $7,500. The total amount of the settlement amounted to $140,000, with $112,500 going to the residents.
