Facts

Potrero Media Corp. (PMC) filed an application for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against its former employee, Matthew Jones, and his alleged conspirators, Ryan Ousdahl and Lead Consortium LLC, for allegedly using the company's trade secrets and doing business with its clients.

Ryan Ousdahl and Lead Consortium filed a cross-complaint against PMC and Jones for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and fraud, among other claims.

Result

PMC obtained a judgment against Jones for $1.1 million. Jones subsequently settled with PMC for an undisclosed amount. PMC also settled with Ousdahl and Lead Consortium for an undisclosed amount. As part of that settlement, the parties stipulated to a permanent injunction.
