Facts

Enterasys Networks Inc. filed a patent infringement suit against Extreme Networks in April 2005 in Boston, MA. Extreme Networks filed a suit against Enterasys in 2007 in Wisconsin alleging patent infringement; Enterasys counterclaimed. The patents in dispute related to computer networks.

Result

The jury in Wisconsin rendered a verdict in favor of Extreme Networks and found no infringement of Enterasys' patents by Extreme Networks. The Boston case is still pending.
