Julio Calero worked as an administrative assistant for the Regents of the University of California at San Francisco General Hospital when he slipped and fell walking in the hallway.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Calero filed suit against Colin Construction Co. as well as the City and County of San Francisco, alleging premises liability. He contended that Colin was doing renovations in the offices and caused the hallway to be wet, and failed to warn of the dangerous condition.

Result

The parties reached a settlement for $75,000.
