CLAIMANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Claimants alleged violation of FINRA Rules 2370, 3030, 3040, and 21150. In addition, claimants alleged fraud, material misrepresentations and omissions, unsuitable recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise, and financial abuse of an elder.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent denied the allegations of misconduct.

Damages

Claimants sought over $600,000.

Result

The arbitration panel found that the claim was false, and recommended expungement.
