Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Wonderland claimed that Baby Trend infringed on its patent, U.S. Patent No. 7,625,043, for its child car seat products, and No. 7,600,775.

Result

The parties entered a stipulated judgment, in which judgment was entered for Wonderland on its infringement claims, and on defendant's counterclaims. The agreement included an injunction against Baby Trend and the Tsais on Wonderland's '043 patent by the TrendZ Fast Back 3-in-1 Car Seat and of the '775 patent by the EuroRide Stroller. Baby Trend and co-defendants Denny and Betty Tsai did not admit liability.
