PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that the administrative law judge did not properly consider the opinion of her examining psychologist, who diagnosed plaintiff with major depressive disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder and concluded that her diagnoses would make it difficult for her to complete a workday.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The Commissioner contended that the decision to deny plaintiff's claim was supported by substantial evidence.
Result
The court affirmed the Commissioner's decision and dismissed the action with prejudice.
