Plaintiff, who is disabled, uses a wheelchair to ambulate. Plaintiff sued the county for the lack of curb cuts and/or ramps on county sidewalks in violation of federal and state disability laws. The sidewalks complained of included those surrounding the intersection of Olympic Blvd. and Telegraph Rd. in Los Angeles.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
