Other Information
The verdict was reached approximately two years and three months after the case was filed. A mediation was held in August 1996 before Judge Jim Carrigan, retired, of Judicial Arbiter Group. It did not resolve the matter. The judge dismissed the plaintiff's ADEA and promissory estoppel claims at the close of the plaintiffs' case.
