Facts

The plaintiff was driving westbound on Otsego Street and slowed to turn left into a driveway. The defendant was also traveling westbound on Otsego and struck plaintiff's left rear bumper and driver's door.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff contended that the defendant was following plaintiff too close, was inattentive, and passed on the left in an unsafe manner.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The defendant contended that the plaintiff moved to the right as if to park by the curb and without warning made a wide left turn without a turn signal. The defendant further contended that it was not possible that plaintiff sustained injury in this accident, thus making medical treatment unnecessary and the charges unreasonable.
