Plaintiff Richman Bry, an investor, sued real estate developers, defendants Roger A. Featherston Sr. and Roger T. Featherston Jr., alleging that they offered and sold unqualified securities in relation to their real estate venture in violation of California Corporations Code Section 25503.

Damages

Bry requested a rescission of the securities sale, along with $2,500,000 and prejudgment interest.

Result

The court granted the Bry summary judgment and awarded him damages.
