DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant claimed that he never authorized the services. In addition, he claimed that even if the debt was valid, it would be barred by the statute of limitations.

Result

Verdict for $2,593, plus $307 interest and $480 costs, for a total of $3,379.

Other Information

Defendant filed a Motion to Bifurcate to try the Statute of Limitation argument separately from the underlying action. The Court denied defendant's motion. Defendant demanded a jury trial but the Court denied defendant's request.
