Facts

The League to Save Lake Tahoe challenged the City of South Lake Tahoe's General Plan Update claiming that it harmed the league members and the environment. The Plan called for development on the South Shore.

Result

U.S. District Court Judge Burrell dismissed the case against the city due to the League's failure to demonstrate injury.
