Facts

Tammy Tousignant filed suit against Gawker Media for libel. She claimed they had falsely published stories saying she had born the illegimate son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who she had been a private-jet flight attendant for. Various media outlets identified Tousignant's son as Schwarzenegger's after Schwarzenegger had admitted to having an illegitimate child. The child later turned out to be the son of a maid of Schwarzenegger and his wife.

Result

The parties settled.
