Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Warner Bros. owned exclusive distribution rights to various creative works, including the television show Curb Your Enthusiasm. Warner Bros. argued that Herrera infringed upon these rights by selling counterfeit products of goods that Warner Bros. had exclusive rights to.

Result

The court permanently enjoined Herrera from continuing any activities that infringed on Warner Bros.' rights, including distributing unauthorized copies of Warner Bros.' works.
