PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Blandino was employed by MCM as a laborer from 2007 to 2011. Blandino asserted putative class action claims for failure to pay minimum wage, continuing wages, failure to provide accurate itemized wage statements, failure to maintain accurate payroll records, failure to provide rest breaks, failure to pay minimum wage and overtime compensation, and civil penalties.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants denied liability for all claims.
