Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that defendant made false and misleading statements in its advertisements of My Pillow and that class members paid more for the product as a result of those statements. Specifically, defendant claimed that its product could treat or cure certain sleep disorders.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied wrongdoing.

Result

Pursuant to the settlement reached between the parties, defendant will pay eligible class members $5 each. In addition, class members who purchased three or more pillows will be eligible to receive an additional $5.
