Facts

Petitioner filed a petition for writ of administrative mandamus after the Orange County Housing Authority terminated his section 8 housing benefits.

Contentions

PETITIONER'S CONTENTIONS:
Petitioner contended that OCHA wrongfully terminated his benefits. Its decision was based on inadequate evidence and was biased. He argued he was entitled to reinstatement of his benefits.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
OCHA contended that petitioner's benefits were rightfully terminated because he was not living in his assigned section 8 apartment as required, and because his live-in aid did not live there with him.

Result

The court denied the petition.
