Facts

Environmentalists filed a lawsuit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's determination relating to the air standards in the San Joaquin Valley. Plaintiffs alleged that the EPA's determination was insufficient to comply with the Clean Air Act.

Result

U.S. District Judge Susan Illston dismissed the case for lack of jurisdiction.
