Contentions
PETITIONERS' CONTENTIONS:
Petitioners contended that respondent initiated the underlying FINRA arbitration seeking to recover damages he allegedly incurred in connection with investments he made through petitioners. Because the arbitration panel ruled in petitioners favor, they claimed they were entitled to confirmation of the arbitration award recommending expungement of all references to the underlying arbitration from Tufts' registration records.
