Facts
On May 30, 2005, plaintiffs Estela Salcedo, Hector Lopez, and three minors visited Sea World in San Diego. While at the amusement park, plaintiffs entered into the Clydesdale Hamlet exhibit, which featured Clydesdale horses. In addition to the horses, the exhibit contained unrestrained Dalmatian dogs. One of the dogs bit one of the minors on the wrist. Plaintiffs sued Busch Entertainment Corp. and Budweiser Clydesdale for negligence and strict liability.
Injuries
The minor suffered a dog bite.
Result
The parties reached a settlement amounting to $27,000.
