Facts

In December 2010, Donshen Textile Ltd., a Chinese trading company that sold apparel goods, accepted a settlement agreement with Studio CL Corp., one of its customers. As a result of financial problems, the two parties entered into a settlement agreement that resolved some payment issues and quality issues with goods.

However, Donshen sued StudioCL in 2011, claiming that StudioCL still owed part of the settlement agreement

Damages

Donshen sought $309,000 in total damages.

The jury found that StudioCL breached its contract and owed Donshen $309,000.
