On February 4, 1990, Defendant Erma Smith's automobile struck Plaintiff Eunice Grugan's automobile in a rear end collision. Since that time, Plaintiff was also involved in another collision in March of 1991. Plaintiff Eunice was 38 years of age and worked in a printing office, at the time.
