The plaintiff Kravchuks are Michael, Lydmilla, Valentina and Irina. Michael was driving the Kravchuks' car when it was reportedly rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Denobi Olegba and skidded because of ice. Defendant Olegba's minivan reportedly struck the front quarter panel of the Kravchuk's car. The collision occurred on Jan. 11, 1998 at 256th and 104th Avenue S.E. in Kent. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
Injuries
