Alex Davis sued Anna Cadona, Auctions America By RM Inc., RM Auctions Inc., and Military Vehicle Technology Foundation, in connection with a motor vehicle accident that allegedly occurred on Sept. 29, 2012. Auctions America, RM Auctions, and Military Vehicle Technology were ultimately let out of the case and the matter proceeded against Cadona only.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant allegedly rear-ended plaintiff's vehicle as he came to a stop at a railroad crossing. Plaintiff was injured as a result and sued defendant for negligence.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant disputed plaintiff's claimed injuries.
Damages
Davis sought $44,000 in past medical bills and more than $100,000 in future medical bills for 37 years.
Injuries
Davis sustained injuries to his neck and spine. He underwent physical therapy and received injections for pain. He claimed he would need future injections as well as medication and treatment.
Result
The parties settled for $60,000.
