PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Marr contended that defendants failed to pay non-exempt employees overtime compensation, refused to allow them to take meal and rest breaks at required times, failed to pay for missed meals and rest breaks, failed to provide seating or chairs during meal and rest breaks, and short shifted employees out of compensation when they were sent home before the end of their scheduled shifts.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants denied plaintiff's allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
