PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs contended that the language in defendants' automatic withdrawal authorization forms for electronic fund transfer violated the law because it limited consumers' rights to stop the payments.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants denied plaintiffs' allegations.
