PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant allegedly sold or otherwise made available to California consumers vinyl/PVC tape products containing DEHP, a chemical known in the state to cause cancer, without the requisite Prop. 65 warning.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
