Nguyen contended that McCary negligently operated her vehicle when she sideswiped Nguyen's vehicle.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
McCary refuted Nguyen's version, contending that it was Nguyen, who swerved into her lane, sideswiping McCary's vehicle.
Injuries
Nguyen claimed injury to her neck and back, requiring chiropractic treatment.

The jury returned a defense verdict.
