Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
Former and current employees filed a class action suit against ACCS and ABM, alleging they failed to receive overtime compensation.

Result

In September 2010, the class was decertified. On March 9, 2011, the court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment as to the claims of two remaining plaintiffs. Summary judgment was granted in full as to one plaintiff and partially granted as to the second plaintiff. The rest of the case was voluntarily dismissed.
