Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Tinsely contended that the administrative law judge improperly rejected the limitations opined by a doctor who examined Tinsely and failed to set forth clear and convincing reasons to support its adverse credibility determination. Additionally, he contended that a recent medical opinion from another doctor was evidence that undermined the judge's decision, thus requiring remand.
Result
The court found the judge's decision was supported by substantial evidence, and denied Tinsely's appeal, entering judgment in favor of the Commissioner.
