On Oct. 13, 1994, plaintiff Jasper Jones an 82,-year-old retiree, was driving a 1993 Eagle Vision manufactured by defendant Chrysler Corporation. While driving, plaintiff was involved in an accident in which the vehicle's airbag did not deploy. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendant based on negligence and strict liability theories of recovery.
