Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that while Patrick was walking across a street with his two daughters, Callie and Marise, defendant was negligently driving at an unsafe speed and ran into Patrick with his car.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant argued that Patrick was intoxicated at the time of the incident, was not using a crosswalk, and abruptly ran in front of his vehicle.
