Wedbush Securities Inc. filed a complaint against Jason Mininger, concerning a certain loan agreement.

Contentions

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Claimant contended that respondent executed a loan on July 2, 2009. Claimant claimed that respondent then defaulted on the loan, prompting claimant to file this complaint for breach of contract and equitable relief.

Damages

Wedbush sought $122,471, representing the outstanding balance on the loan plus interest as well as attorney fees and costs.

Result

The FINRA Panel found Mininger, who did not file an answer to this complaint, liable to Wedbush in the amount of $122,471 plus interest. The Panel denied Wedbush's request for attorney fees and costs.
