Facts

Bryan Shiosaka filed a class action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. for violating wage and hour laws. Plaintiffs were hourly non-exempt Automotive Estimatics Inspector employees employed by State Farm, who the company failed to pay overtime wages.
