Facts

Bay Property Group filed an unlawful detainer action against Victoria Peterson, who was in possession of 2 Maynard Street #4, San Francisco CA, 94112 for Peterson's alleged failure to pay rent. Peterson claimed that Bay Property was discriminating against her due to her disability and that Bay Property had breached the warranty of habitability. She sought a reduction in rent and to remain at the premises.

Damages

Bay Property sought $1,250 in past due rent, forfeiture of the agreement, damages from March 1, 2013 until entry of judgment, and other relief that the court deems proper.

Result

Judge Bouliane rendered judgment in favor of Bay Property.
