Facts
Bay Property Group filed an unlawful detainer action against Victoria Peterson, who was in possession of 2 Maynard Street #4, San Francisco CA, 94112 for Peterson's alleged failure to pay rent. Peterson claimed that Bay Property was discriminating against her due to her disability and that Bay Property had breached the warranty of habitability.
