Ltd., TPV International (USA) Inc., Envision Peripherals Inc., Top Victory Electronics (Fujian) Co. Ltd., TPV Electronics (Fujian) Co. Ltd., TPV Technology Ltd., and Vizio Inc. alleging patent infringement related to HCE's patent entitled "Television Broadcasting Method and System Enabling Picture Broadcasting from the Transmitting Equipment to the Receiving Equipment Using Alternative Broadcasting System Standards." TVP and its various entities manufactured, assembled, and serviced televisions. Vizio designed and/or specified televisions for sale and sells and offers those products and services for sale in the United States.
