Facts

Pacific Coast Supply LLC d/b/a Anderson Lumber Co. filed a complaint against Chauffeurs, Teamsters, and Helpers Local 150, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (the Union) seeking the withdrawal of the Union's recognition. Under the applicable law, employer may unilaterally withdraw recognition only if it can demonstrate that "the union has actually lost the support of the majority of the bargaining unit employees."

Result

Administrative Law Judge Mary Miller Cracraft withdrew recognition from the Union.
