Facts

Susan Eaton filed a lawsuit against Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. and Bank of Oklahoma Financial Corporation, alleging that the plaintiff and other Bank of Oklahoma customers who were residents of Oklahoma were charged overdraft fees based on Bank of Oklahoma's unfair and deceptive overdraft fee practices.

The lawsuit alleged that these practices violated Oklahoma's consumer protection law and Bank of Oklahoma's contracts with its customers.

Result

The case settled for $19,000,000.
