CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged breach of contract, negligence, fraud and deceit, negligent misrepresentation, conversion, unfair business practices and financial elder abuse. Defendants denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
Damages
Plaintiff sought injunctive relief, declaratory relief, $1 million in compensatory damages, punitive damages, pre-judgment interest, restitution, disgorgement, and costs. He also requested the imposition of a constructive trust for the benefit of himself, with respect to all wrongfully obtained money. Defendants requested the dismissal of plaintiff's claims and costs.
Result
Plaintiff's claims are denied, the parties shall bear their respective costs.
