According to court records, on Nov. 2, 2004, at around 8:30 a.m., defendant David L. Bright and plaintiff Sunae Yang were involved in a car accident. Plaintiff Clarissa Paik was a passenger in Yang's vehicle.
The plaintiff claimed that defendant's van ran a red light at the intersection of Los Robles Avenue and Maple Street in Pasadena.
