Facts

According to the court, plaintiff Michael Guerrero, a minor, claimed injuries sustained after his golf cart toppled over. Defendants Barry and Debbie Fielding owned the golf cart and the incident occurred at the Hidden Valley Golf Course in Norco.

The Fieldings brought a cross-complaint attacking plaintiff's mother, Gail White, and asserting apportionment of negligence and partial indemnity.

Injuries

According to the court, plaintiff suffered tibia and fibula fractures, a wrist sprain, and injury to the neck.

Result

A settlement was reached amounting to $25,000.
